Primos customer service is awesome!  Called them about a Double Bull blind that was seriously messed up by a non-hunter who borrowed it.  Needs a couple of new poles and to be completely reassembled.

Talked to a CS rep who said “it is a bear to reassemble, why don’t you just send it back to us?”

I said, “OK but how much $?”

Would you believe $30 including all new poles and hubs and reassembled!  Now that is what I call a deal and a company that stands behind its products.
